The PMI® Nepal Chapter Mentorship Programme brings together experienced project managers (Mentors) with aspiring professionals (Mentees) for a structured 16-week journey.

Through regular meetings, goal setting, and shared experiences, participants build lasting professional relationships that elevate careers and strengthen the local project management community.

Submit Your Application

Complete the online application form as either a Mentor, Mentee, or Volunteer. Detail your experience, background, and goals.

Application Review

Our Mentorship Committee carefully reviews all applications to ensure candidates meet the programme requirements and demonstrate commitment.

Matching

We thoughtfully pair Mentees with Mentors based on career aspirations, industry background, and identified development goals.

Programme Kickoff

Attend the mandatory orientation session to meet your partner, set expectations, and officially begin your mentorship journey.

The PMI® Nepal Chapter Mentorship Programme is designed to connect experienced project management professionals with those seeking guidance and career development across a structured 16-week cycle.
Who is the programme for?
It is open to both seasoned project managers wishing to share wisdom (as Mentors) and professionals or early-career managers eager to accelerate their professional trajectory (as Mentees).
Do I have to be a PMI® member?
Preference is given to active PMI® Nepal Chapter members, but prospective members with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Is there a cost to participate?
Participation in the mentorship program is complimentary for PMI® Nepal Chapter members as a member value initiative.
How are Mentors and Mentees matched?
The Mentorship Committee matches pairs based on specific industry backgrounds, stated learning objectives, years of experience, and career goals.
What is the expected time commitment?
Pairs typically meet for 1 to 2 hours every two weeks (approximately 2–4 hours per month) over the 16-week period.
